413. 835. Febr. 14. Erzbischof Engelbert von Mailand setzt Gaudentius zum Abte
des Klosters St. Ambrosius ein, bestätigt diesem die Kirche und den von ihm prachtvoll
gebauten Altar, und schenkt ihm seine Besitzungen zu Oteoiluctus, Campione (am
Luganersee), Ceresola, Gratem, den Vicus Sintrami, Casteniade und Cateuada, ausgenommen
den Hof Dubino, welchen er noch vertauschen will; auch sichert er dem Kloster freie
