1455. 1092. Febr. 26. (Anno incarnat. MLXXXXII. Indict. XV. Epact. IX. coneurr. UII. Mense febr. V. kl. marc. Luna Mill. Die jovis). In der Villa Stein (am Rhein-). — Graf Burchard vom Castell Nel- leuburk hat an das Kloster Allerheiligen in Schaffhausen die Villa Hemmenthal mit dem Forste geschenkt, dieselbe jedoch wieder vom Abte Sigfred zu Lehen erhalten (in beneficium acceptam) und wird nun für dieselbe jährlich einen Denar Zins entrichten (inde denarium in tributum redditurus). Schaffhausen, Staatsarch. (Gleichzeitige Copie auf einem Pergament mit andern Urkunden).
