Kurfürst Ernst und Herzog Albrecht weisen den Rath zu Leipzig, tcelcher für sie 3000 Rh. Gulden gegen anderthalbhundert Gulden jährlichen Zins aufgenommen, an den liath zu Torgau; derselbe soll daselbst jährlich 150 Gulden in zwei Terminen auf einen Wiederkauf haben und jeder neu eintretende Ruth zu Torgau soll vor Antritt seiner Amtsführung dem Rathe zu Leipzig die Zah lung genannter Summe geloben; das Wii'dereinli'isungsrec.ht wird rorbehalten. Gcbin zu Dresdeim am soritag noch visitationis Mariae.
