In eodem praescripto anno constiiutum est per Johannem Sehus magistrum consulum suosque socios et totam communitatem civitatis, ne aliquis huius civitatis ^ civis vel inqnilinus praesumat de cetero esse procurator alicuius ordinis vel claustri huius civitatis, nisi eorum sit praebendarius et inhabitator claustri, sub poena quin- que marcarum. Et si aliquis pro amico suo peteret eandem poenam mitigari, tunc petens similem solveret et incideret poenam.
