    Conradus dei gratia sanetae Magdeburgensis ecclesiae archiepiscopus venerabili in Christo fratri domino W. Misnensi episcopo salutem in domino cum dilectione fra terna. Conquestus est nobis venerabilis pater dominus W. Lubucensis episcopus, quod vos dei timoré postposito clericos aliquot territorii de Schidlowe, quod ad suam dio- cesim asserit pertinere, compuleritis violenter ab ipsius obedientia recedere et vobis indebite obedire, sie eum contra iustitiam eiieiendo ab illis, in quorum possessione vel quasi semper fuerit et praedecessores eiusdem. Quare vos citamus peremptorie in his scriptis, quatenus aut in persona propria aut per procuratorem sufticienter instruetum compareatis coram nobis in Magdeburg in ecclesia maiori in crastino beati Martini proximo venturo, praedicto domino episcopo super praemissa violentia responsurus. scituri etiam quod si ad diem aliquam compositionem cum eo amicabilem inire volue- ritis, nos ad hoc in quantum possumus operam dabimus efficacem. Datum in Mag deburg VII. Kalendas Maii anno domini M°. CC°. LX". IXo.
