    tionibiis fratrum ordinis praedicatorum in monasterio sancti Nicolai famulantium libe- raliter contulit, petens a nobis diligentia cum exacta, quod dictae donation! consensum benevolum adliibere dignaremur. Cuius precibus rationabilibus propter deum et favorem phiries nobis et ecclesiae nostrae exhibitum inclinati dictae donationi iuris patronatus seu praesentationis consensum adhibuimus et praesentibus adhibemus, omnibus iuribus parrochialibus ab antiquo in ipsa parrochia habitis nobis et capitulo Misnensi seu ecclesiae nostrae simpliciter et integraliter reservatis. In cuius rei testimonium prae sens scriptum dediraus sigilli nostri munimine communitum. Actum et datum Misuae anno domini M°. CC°. LXXXXII". in crastino Philippi.
