    Nos Conradus dei gratia episcopus, Sifridus decanus Misnensis, Albertus dictus de Dobelin, Sifridus praepositus Budesinensis et magister Alexander canonici Misnenses a vobis, domine abbas de üzzek, et a priore vestro coniudice ut dicitur ad sedem apo- stolicam appellamus super causis inferius assignatis. Primo cum vobis cuiusdam causae cognitio sit commissa, ut dicitis, ea postposita nobis sub comminatione mandastis, ut magistri Elrphonis et praepositi Vlrici corpora exhumemus; secundo quia ante datum mandatum et post auetoritatem vestram nullatenus ostendistis; tertio quia nobis non constitit de excommunicationis sententia contra dictos mortuos ut dicitis promulgara пе? de appellatione interposita ab eisdem; quarto quia hoc negotium agitantes, domine abbas, vestri proximi sint cognati et propterea nobis estis suspecti. Ex his siquidem causis et ex aliis, quae suo loco et tempore proponentur, ad sedem apostolicam appel lamus. Actum Misnae anno domini M0. CC°. LVI°. XIIIa. Kalendis Junii. Huius rei testes sunt praepositus de Luttemaritz, Sifridus canonicus Misnensis, Hugo et Conradus dictus de Steinbach vicarii Misnenses.
