    Nos Henricus dei gratia Misnensis et Orientalis marcbio tenore praesentium recognoscimus publice proiitentes, quod magistro Gebhardo, decano Moguntino, dilecto nostro prothonotario, praesentibus indulsimus et indulgemus, quod sibi liceat bona in Paselitz ad capellam beati Johannis baptistae in castro nostro Misne pertinentia, quae quondam liabuit Hanatsch ibidem, et eadem bona feodali titulo possidebat utpote iure seniorum, quod eldestengwet vulgariter appellatur, distrabere et alienare iure here ditario, quod in vulgari vorerben dicitur, cui velit, gratam et ratam habentes aliena- tionem praenotatam. In cuius rei evidens testimonium hanc litteram dari iussimus nostri sigilli munimine roboratam. Acta sunt baec anno domini millesimo ducentésimo octogésimo quinto, feria tertia ante diem beati Martini próxima in curia nostra Dresden, praesentibus fideli nostro Alberto dapifero de Burnis, Henrico de Sidin, Hermanno de Tannenvelt, Friderico magistro coquinae, militibus, Nicolao de Cozzenrode et Adolfo nostris notaras et quam pluribus alus fide dignis.
