    Waltherus dei gratia praepositus, C. maior de capitulo totumque capitulum ecclesiae Misnensis omnibus, ad quos praesens scriptum pervenerit cupimus esse notum, quod cum dominus Petrus hortum su um apud sanctum Nycolaum pertinentem ad suam vicariam decanalem exposuisset Petro lapicidae, quod deberet ei et successoribus suis dare singulis annis unum talentum legalium denariorum, considerantes ambo, quod talis census nimis magnus et gravis in tali borto esset, praedictus Petrus lapi cida comparavit duodecim solidos minus IHIor denariis, quos dedit praedictae vicariae, ut tantundem minoraretur census in borto suo.
