    Reverendo in Christo patri et domino suo Hugoni tituli sanetae Sabinae pres- bytero cardinali, apostolicae sedis legato, nos dei gratia Otto Brandeburgensis et Hen ricus Hauelbergensis episcopi subiectionem et reverentiam tarn debitam quam devotam. Paternitati vestrae tenore praesentium notum esse volumus, quod nos Privilegium domini Henrici marchionis Misnensis super compositione inter ipsum et dominum Conradum Misnensem episcopum conscriptum non abolitum, non cancellatum nee in aliqua sui parte vitiatum vidimus et legimus in haec verba:
