    Nos Withigo dei gratia Misnensis episcopus recognoseimus publice protestantes, quod honorificis viris Burchardo praeposito, Siffrido decano totique capitulo Misnensis ecclesiae quatuor talenta et quatuor solidos denariorum legalium census nostri annualis, quod cedit de bonis nostris in Biseopitz, et decern solidos animales in Schilowe iacentes obligavimus pro quinquaginta marcis Fribergensis argenti, pro quibus praedictum capi- tulum nostrum se pro nobis obligavit strenuis viris Bodoni et Ottoni fratribus et Ottoni ipsorum patruo dominis de Beburg bis conditionibus interpositis, quod si ante festum beati Martini nunc proxime instans supradictis de Beburg quinquaginta marcas praetaetas non solvimus, praefatum capitulum nostrum supradictum censum pro- prietatis titulo libere possidebit et nobis ad supplementum viri providi et discreti

    In cuius rei certitudinem praedicto capitulo nostro praesentem dedimus literam

    sigilli nostri robore communitam. Datum Mügelin anno domini M°. CC. LXXXVIII" in crastino nativitatis beatae Mariae Virginie.
