    Nicolaus dei et apostolicae sedis gratia episcopus ecclesiae Misnensis omnibus Christi fidelibus salutem et pacem in domino sempiternam. Cum iustum et rationabile sit, devotas preces, quae fructum cumulant animarum benivole exaudire, hinc est quod supplicatum est nobis per religiosum virum fratrem Johannem custodem custo- diae Misnensis et fratres ordinis minorum conventus Thorgaensis, quod dignaremur stipendia spiritualia benefactoribus et benefactricibus eorum gratiosius elargiri. Confisi igitur de omnipotentis dei gratia et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius auctori- tate omnibus vere poenitentibus, qui praedictis fratribus in Turgaw manum porre- xerint adiutricem pro suis necessitatibus et structuris eorundem, et eis ex speciali gratia confitentibus et de sepultura eorum existentibus ac ecclesiam eorundem fre- quentantibus in missa et vesperis ac abis horis diurnis pariter et nocturnis, et per cimiterium eorum pro defunctis orando transeuntibus ac in pulsu serotino ter Ave Maria flexis genibus devote dicentibus quotiens totiens quadraginta dies indulgentiarum et unam karenam de iniunctis eis poenitentiis misericorditer in domino impartimur. Datum Stolpin anno domini M° CCC° LXXX quarto in die sancti Nicolai confessoris nostro sub appenso sigillo.
