    publice profitentes, quod dilecto et fideli seruienti nostro Gerhardo de Glogouia insulam nostram inter sancti Adalbert! et sancti spiritus ecclesias et muros arcis nostre Wratizlauie atque ripam fluminis Olawe dedimus iure Magdeburgensi, quemadmodum ipsa Wratizlauia est locata, locandam subueuientes ad eam plenaria libertate per quinquennium a festo beati Martini proxime nunc venturo, quibus transactis talibus nobis seruiciis tenebuntur, qualibus ciuitates nostre lo cate iure consimili sunt astricte. Racione siquidem locacionis eiusdem Gerhardo aduocato tercium denarium de iudicio et ipsum iudicium in maximis et grauibus atque minimis causis, sicut iudex hereditaria Wratizlauie suum tenct, omnibusque aliis iusticiis, stupa scilicet balnearia, macellis venalium rerum, vno molendino super predictom Olawam, hec et alia, que iudices nostri in eodem iure locati so- liti sunt habere, sibi suisque successoribus iure hereditario perpetuo libere possi- denda et in proprios vsus pro suo beneplacito conuertenda. In cuius rei testi monium presontem pagiuam appensione nostri sigilli volumus roboran. Testes eciam sunt comes Johannes de Wirbena, comes Nicholaus, Mletsco, Ebirhardus et Symon, fratres, Albertus Twardava et alii quam plures.
