    Johannes, dei gracia Oppauie et Rathiborie dux, honorabilibus et discretis ciuitatis Wratislauiensis consulibus ac omnibus et singulis, quibus offerentur pre sentes, publice et efficaciter referamus, quod in et circa Grecz consuetudinem antiquam de perdicione bonorum, vbi mercatorum currus subuertebantur, deponimus et virtute presencium fore nullam perpetue proclamamus, sic quod omnes, quos- cunque ibidem subuertere currus contigerit, nil ex eo penitus corporum uel bono rum dampni seu cuiusuis impedimenti sustinere in ammodo debeant euiterae.
