    Nos Albertus, dei gracia Romanorum rex, semper Augustus, ad universorum notitiam tenore presencium volumus pervenire, quod super discordia, que inter nos ex una parte et illustrem quondam Wenceslaum, Bohemie Polonieque regem,

    ex altera vertebatur, dum advixit, cum eius lilio, iUustri Wenceslao, Bohemie Polonieque rege, avunculo et principe nostro charissimo, concordie, quam cum eo cunctis diebus vite nostre servare bona fide promittimus, devenimus unionem:

    Promittimus insuper super terris, hominibus, bonis et iuribus terre Vratis- laviensis stare dictis et ordinationibus spectabilium virorum Bertoldi, comitis de Henneberg et Burkkardi, burggravii de Magdeburg, per nos et predictum Wen- ceslaum, Bohemie et Polonie regem, avunculum nostrum, ad hoc concorditer electorum.

    Datum apud Nürnberg XV Calendas Septembris, indictione Ш, aimo domini 1305, regni vero nostri anno octavo.
