    Ego Bertholdus marschalcus de Trewen tenore presencium profiteor et protestor, quod ad uocationem domini regni Boemie, ducis Austrie et marchionis Morauie ad Austriam deueni, ibique aliquamdiu demoratus infirmitatem incidi et ad extrema deueni, et in castro cognati mei Chunradi Matzonis in Ror tale testimonium ordi- naui, vt bona, que mihi a domino duce Karinthie debentur, videlicet С.XXX. maree pro domo murata et XIIII. mansis et \° molendino in Steyn, petitione et procuratione domini ducis Austrie Leutoldo de Lihteneck assignentur meis seruientibus distribuenda pro sua fideli- tate et tremenda iudicii dei retributione. Item domino duci Austrie Castrum meum in Steckilberc deputaui, vt pro sua salute et honestate filium meum in Noua Civitate pro expensis, quas ibidem feci, digne- tur liberare et de reliquo meis pueris et seruientibus subuenire. Pre- terea bona mea, que in Weyckensdorf habui, domui sanete crucis, ubi sepulturam elegi, totaliter delegaui, de quibus Ditricus officialis de Newnburch testimonium tenebitur perhibere. Constat etiam domino �?lberoni de Arberch, Vlrico de Habichspach, Chumado Matzoni et Heinrico dapifero de Greytzenstein, quod Wernhardus de Ruspach bona eadem uoluit comparare, cui fratres de sáneta cruce IIII. talenta dabunt et dicta bona libere perpetuo possidebunt.
