    Vniuersis christi fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris presen- tibus litteris duximus fideliter innotescendum, quod nos frater H. magister curie in Vlricheschirchen apud quendam nomine Fridericum de Vœlben duodecim iugera et pratum, quod uulgariter dicitur fivr- havpt, pro quinque libris denariorum beate Marie virgini ad sánctam crucem ex comuni consilio fratrum conparauimus, videlicet in pureh- reht; tali tamen condicione, quod filie sue predicti Friderici, cui id ipsum predium iure perpetuo delegauit, vt in festo Michahelis idem magister curie predicte filie Margarete annuatim dimidium talentum soluat denariorum. Preterea sciendum est, quod dominus Vlricus in Wolfgersdorf huius conuencionis promisit et uult esse tutor ac defen sor. Huius rei testes sunt: decanus de Spanneberch sigillo suo, domi nus Wernhardus dictus de Wolfgersdorf, dominus Vlricus de Uœn- dorf, Vlricus Plancho, Fridericus plebanus in Vlricheschirchen, Vlricus Niedechger, Vlricus Oloch, Hainricus Grasperger. Her- mannus, Vlricus Mœvro, Rudegerus, Adloldus de Mergersdorf, Chunradus de Wezlendorf Hec sunt facta anno domini M?CC?LX?II?
