Circa 1220. — Rupert, Bischof von Olmütz, schenkt seinem Diener Conrad und dessen Söhnen auf Lebenszeit die Nutzniessung eines Weingartens zu Engensálsdorf gegen Entrichtung eines jährlichen Zinses an die Abbtei heiligen Kreuz.

    R. (Rudbertus) dei gracia episcopus Olomucensis omnibus hanc paginam inspecturis salutem in domino. Cuidam seruienti nostro Conrado nomine concessimus quandam .vineam in villa, que uocatur Engensálsdorf, usque ad finem uite sue tenendam, et etiam filiis suis, si quos susciperet ex legitima vxore, filiis inquamtantum et non filiabus, ita tamen, quod in recognitionem et in censum annualem solueret domui de sáncta cruce quolibet anno XII numos, cui vineam prefatam contulimus hereditario iure possidendam, secundum quod prescriptum est. Si autem prefatus C. censum predictum domui iam dicte non solueret ita ordinauimus, quod, nisi sit ex gracia abbatis et conuentus, ipse uinea careat et abbas ipsam uineam sibi vendicet possidendam sine contradiccione. Census autem debet solui in festo sancti Michaelis. In huius rei testimonium sigillum nostrum fecimus apponi, nullo instrumento huic scripto presenti preiudicante, etiam si prefatus C. aliud instrumentum uideatur habere.
