    1281. 20. August. Apud Drbem Veterem. — Papst Mariin IV. nimmt das

    Martinus episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis f¡liis abbati et conuentui monasterii de Altovado Cisterciensis ordinis Pragensis dio cesis salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Sacrosancta Romana ecclesia deuotos et humiles filios ex assuete pietatis officio propon- sius diligere consueuit, et ne prauorum hominum molestiis agitentur eostamquampiamatersue protectionis munimine confouere. Eapropter dilecti in domino filii uestris iustis postulationibus grato concur rentes assensu personas uestras et monasterium, in quo diuino estis obsequio mancipati, cum omnibus bonis , que impresentiarum rationabiliter possidetis aut in futurum iustis modis prestante domino poteritis adipisci, sub beati Petri et nostra protectione suscipimus. Specialiter autem terras, possessiones, domos, vinças et alia bona uestra, sicut ea omnia iuste ac pacifice possidetis, uobis et per uos monasterio uestro auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat banc paginam nostre protectionis infringere uel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptarepresumpserit, indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum. Datum apud Vrbemueterem xuj. Kl. Septemhris. Pontificatus nostri anno primo.
