    Nos Fridericus dei gratia dux Austrie et Styrie dominus Car- niole Marchie ac Portusnaonis ad vniucrsorum noticiam volumus peruenire, quod nos honorabilibus et in Christo religiosis viris abbati et couuentui monasteri i de Altovado circa metas Bohemie situati ordinis Cysterciensis Pragensis dyocesis indulsimus et de speciali gratia tenore presentium indulgemus, vt pro subsidio eiusdem cenobii in terris Austrie, prout sibi oportunum fuerit, pro sexaginta marcis argenti Wiennensis ponden's vineas aut vineta ad jus et proprietatem dicti monasteri i perpetuo redditura libere valeant comparare, statuto nostro, quo cauetur, ne seculares elerici religioseve persone posses- siones et predia huiusmodi sine nostra licencia comparare presumant, aliquatenus non obstante. In cuius rei testimonium sigillum nostrum presentibus est appensum. Datum Wienne anno domini millesimo trecentesimo vndecimo uij° Nonas Maii.
