    Notum sit eunetis christi fidelibus, quod ego Gerhohus dei gra cia prepositus Richersperigensis ecclesie et fratres mei Banshouensi ecclesie dedimus quoddam predium pro viij. talentis situm iuxta ecclesiam saneti Stephani in loco, qui dicitur vrbach, Ea cautione interposita, ut, si quis eos infestauerit seu suum esse contenderit, et ipsi se tueantur iure possessionis et nos tueamur eos iure donationis. Quod si aduersarius iure maiori, quod non credimus, preualebit, uel predium eque pretiosum illis donemus uel Octo talenta. Et ut hec donatio nostra firma permaneat, cartam hanc sigillo nostro signauimus.
