    Nos Albertus Dei gratia Halberftadenfis ecclefie eplfcopus totumque capitulum recognofcimus et teftamur, quod inter nos et decanum ac capitulum ecclefie fancti Blafii in Brunefwic eft taliter placitatum, quod fi dominos Geuehardum de Wernigrodhe, Bor- chardum de Valkenften, Johannem de Drenleue, Volradum de Hefnem, Borchardum de Tzeghenberghe, Bertoldum de Kranec- velt, Ottonem de Drenleue, Volradum de Wildenften, per nos canonice fuis prebendis priuatos, ad gratiam noftram redire et in canonicos per nos recipi contigerit, tunc efficiemus, quod ipfi ra- tam habebunt venditionem decime in Atleueffen et renunciabunt omni inpetitioni et actioni fi qua ipfis occafione venditionis eiusdem decime conpeteret et conpetere potuiffet et contra decanum et ca pitulum ecclefie fancti Blafii in Brunefwic, qui eandem decimam fibi comparauerunt, nichil penitus attemptabunt, ad quod efficien- dum obligamus nos eisdem decano et capitulo fancti Blafii prefen- tibus litteris pro euidenti teftimonio figillis noftris patenter com- munitis. Actum et datum Halberftad anno domini M°. CCC°. decimo feptimo tertio kalendas Julii.
