    Innocentius episcopus seruus seruorum dej. Dilectis filijs Consulibus et Populo de lubecke, Salutem et apostolicam [| benedictionem. Cum inter ceteros christi fideles Romani exaltationem Imperij teneamini specialiter procurare, || tanto confidentius ad ea, que sui honoris respiciunt incrementum, uos requirimus et hor- tamur, quan||to ad illa inuenire uos credimus promptiores. Hinc est, quod vniuer- sitatem uestram monemus, rogamus et hortamur attente, per apostolica uobis scripta mandantes in remissionem peccaminum iniungendo, quatinus dilecto filio, Nobili uiro langrauio Thiringie, qui ad honorem dej et ecclesie ac christiane religionis pre- sidium paratus est assummere Imperij prefati negotium, postquam fuerit electus in Romanorum Regem et Imperatorern, postmodum promouendum intendatis, fideliter et constanter ac uiriliter assistatis, ita quod fidelitas et deuotio uestra principaliter clareat in hac parte, ac nos exinde uobis constituatis in uestris oportunitatibus magis fauorabiles et benignos.
