    ipsis talem contulimus gratiam, ut omnes cives ci||uitatis sue in ciuitate nostra Wissemaria tam a theloneo1 sint liberi perpetuis temporibus et inmunes. Ne ergo aliquis heredum nostrorum hanc gratiam minuat uel infringat, presentem paginam super eo scribi jussimus et sigilli nostri testimonio fecimus communiri. Testes hujus facti sunt: Ludolfus dapifer noster, Theodericus clauue et Arnoldus frater suus, Aluericus de barnekowe, Benedictus de Rodembeke, Gerhardus metceke et Hartwicus frater suus, Otto de Reuetlo, Otto de Suinga, Henricus gezeviz et alii quam plures honesti et fide digni. Datum in Wissemaria, Anno domini M C(5 Sexagesimo primo, In uigilia sancti Thome apostoli.
