    Aos Henricus Dei gracia Boemie et Polonie Rex, Karinthie Dux, Morauie Marchio, et Comes Tyrolis, tenore presencium notum esse volumus uniuersis, presentibus et futuris, quod nos Nobilis viri Witkonis de Swabenicz, siue de Hermanicz fidelis nostri literas rece- pimus non rasas, non cancellatas, non abolitas, nec in parte sui aliqua viciatas, petentis humiliter, et instanter, ipsarum tenorem in omnibus et singulis suis clausulis et articulis per nos ratum et gratum haberi, ac de nostra benignitate Regia confirmari, quarum continencia de verbo ad verbum talis existit: Nouerint uniuersi presentes literas inspecturi, quod nos Witko de Swabenicz, siue de Hermanicz nostra spontanea voluntate duas proprias villas nostras Zalsie, et Slupecz, siue Slupno etc. (Vide n. XXIV. h. T.) Nos igitur ipsius Witkonis precibus, cum iuste sint, et pie, graciose ac fauorabiliter annuentes, ipsas literas, earumque continen- ciam in omnibus et singulis suis clausulis, et articulis ratas et gratas habentes, easque valere perpetuo volentes, presentis scripti patrocinio roboramus. In quorum omnium testimo- nium has nostras presentes ratihabicionis et confirmacionis nostre literas fieri et sigillum nostrum eisdem appendi Regale, quo uti consueuimus, ista vice; Et cum fauente Domino in Regem Boemie fuerimus coronati, litteras presentis tenoris mandabimus renouari, et eas ipsis Preposito et Conuentui de Zderaz sigillis nostris maioribus sigillatas, quibus tunc uti ceperimus a die coronacionis nostre dabimus infra mensem dum per eos fuerimus requisiti. Datum anno Domini, et Indiccione predictis, III. Kalendas eiusdem Augusti. etc.
