    J\os Conradus dei gracia episcopus Olomucensis, Recognoscimus et ad vniuersorum tam presentium, quam futurorum noticiam volumus tenore presencium peruenire. Quod cum per iudices, qui in villa Fryczendorf fuerunt pro tempore Molendinum ibidem, duas rotas continens, quibus a primeua institucione ville ipsius, iuxta continenciam priuilegiorum felicis recordacionis domini Brunonis, Olomucensis episcopi, predecessoris nostri super eo traditorum, vna duntaxat rota indulta extitit, cum vtraque rota habitum fuerit et possessum. Vt tamen locacioni ville ipsius aliquamdiu desolate efficaciter intendamus, discretusque vir Ghunussius, qui nunc est iudex ipsi iudicio preesse vtilius et locacioni ville eiusdem intendere possit comodius, sibi de secunda rota graciosius annuimns, et retinere eandem licite fauorabiliter indulgemus, dantes sibi super eo in testimonium presentes literas sigilli nostri appensione communitas. Datum in Brunsperg anno domini M0CCC°XX° secundo Nonas Nouembris.
