    Fridericus dei gratia Romanorum Rex semper Augustus vniuersis, quibus presentes ostense fuerint, fidelibus suis dilectis gratiam suam et omne bonum. Gratum et acceptabile deo impendisse obsequium arbitramur, dum Personis Religiosis suo iugiter insistentibus cultui gratiarum munera impertimur, per hoc nempe ipsorum augetur deuotio nobisque crescit meritum apud deum. Sane quia Honorabiles et Religiosi Viri . Prepositus et . Couuentus Monasterii in Walthausen ordinis sancti Augustini deuoti nostri dilecti a discreto Viro Marquardo dicto Aentê quandam possessionem sitam in villa Schaterle, cuius proprietas nobis racione Ducatus Austrie pertinere dinoscitur, super quam residet, pro sua parata pecunia conpararunt, nostre celsitudini supplicabant humiliter et deuote, quatenus intuitu retributionis diuine dictam proprietatem in ipsos transferre et transfundere jure proprietario dignaremur. Nos vero moti pietatis visceribus ipsorumque precibus fauorabiliter inclinati eandem proprietatem in Ipsos ipsorumque Monasterium memoratum libenter et liberaliter illius intuitu, a quo omnis fluit bonitas, transfundimus et perpetuo transferimus pleno iure Dantes eis presentes nostri Regalis sigilli munimine confirmatas in testimonium super eo. Datum in Chremsa XVI°. Kalendas Augusti Anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo Vicesimo, Regni vero nostri Anno Sexto.
