    Aus dem Kopialbucbe des Domstifts zu Paderborn.

    Notum sit omnibus fidelibus presentibus scilicet et futuris, quod quidam fidelis nomine Hildelin, per consensum sue contectalis Ode et iustissimi heredis ipsius Arnaldi, unam aream et XL. iugera cum omni bus appendieiis, in pago Nihterga, in uilla que dicitur Holthusen, et Arnaldus scilicet cum consensu sue matris eiusdem Ode et predicti Hildelini unum litum in pago Almunga in uilla que uocatur Barghusun cum sua uxore et filio et cum omnibus que tunc habuit in area quoque et predio et omnibus eiusdem predii appendieiis, ad dominium sanete Dei genitricis Marie et saneti Kiliani martiris sanetique Liborii confessoris atque pontificis, pro deeimatione super uillam Emiggarothun acquirenda, in proprium tradidit. Quod нeгo Meimiuercus episcopus pie perpendens, predieto Hildelino et sue contectali Ode et Arnaldo omnibusque postcris eius candem deeimationem super uillam que uocatur Emiggarothun pro predieto predio per suum aduocatum Amulung in proprium dedit.
