    Nouerint omnes tam futuri quam presentes, qualiter Sicco quicquid proprietatis in Nauilgowe in uilla Ruoleichesdorf uel Builo in comitatu Herimanni ex dono Conradi imperatoris possedit, sanete ecclesie Pa- terbrunnensi iure Francorum, concedente et simul tradente uxore sua Azelon, cui idem Sicco predium hoc in dotem dederat, in proprium tradidit et legauit, ea uidelicet ratione ut sibi ad exitum uite sue in pre caria sine seruitio V. libre in deeimationibus et XV. in debitis litarum uectigalibus concederentur, uxori uero ipsius, si forte post mortem eius superstes foret, tantum V. ille deeimarum libre ad obitum uite sue prestarentur. Quibus utrisque defunetis episcopus sua reeiperet, et quod sibi placuerit inde disponeret Ad hoc idem Sicco feras UII. in foresto Reingereshusun singulis annis concedi postulauit, que omnia uene- rabilis IMMADVS episcopus concessit, laudauit, et manuscripto confirmauit. Si uero dominus Immadus episcopus uel successorum eius quisquam pactum hoc infregerit, Sicco liberam habeat potestatem sua reeipiendi et quod uoluerit inde faciendi.
