    Quidam dñs. nomine Brun, cum nepte sua Idae uocitata, ad dominium sanete Dei genitricis Marie et saneti Kiliani martiris Liboriique confessons sua predia in Sutdesburch et Betanum, Wallanstedi, cum omnibus illuc pertinentibus in proprium tradidit. Interea post quinquennium obi tu imperatoris secundi Hein rici adueniente, predicta Ide cum uiro suo Brunonc has omnes traditiones iniuste rennuere uolebat. Epi- scopus uero Meinuucrcus tanta predia (|uasi sapiens nolens perdere, domnç Idan usque ad exitum sue uitç LXXX aratra ad reconciliationem tribuit, ea uidelicet rationc, si ipse aut aliquis eius successorum abstrahere uoluerit presignata aratra, quatinus hec predia cidem penitus restituat.
