Gredeley concessi et hac presenti carta mea cöfirmaui Abbati et mona- chis Loci Benedicti de Stanlawe totam terram meam de Monithornes quantum ptinet ad feudum meum infra certas diuisas comprchensas in carta Gilberti de Barton. Tenend. et habend. in puram et ppetuam elemosynam prout eiusd. Gilberti carta eis facta testatur. Ita quod nee ego nec heredes mei aliquod seruicium seculare de terra illa exigere nee aliquam districtionem facere poterimus p defectu seruicij quo michi Gilbertus de Barton de alijs terris suis tenetur.
