    Ego Rugerius filius Ebonis quondam judex in Chrembs testificor tenore presentium universis, quod de consensu et beneplacito uxoris meae Elisabeth ac omnium liberorum meorum curiam meam in Neundorf situatam cum omnibus attinentiis suis vineis, agris, pomeriis quaesitis et iuquirendis omni jure, quod mihi et eis in ipsam competere videbatur, renuncians venerabili domino Christiano abbati et conventui in Cella angelorum tradidi pro XX et VIII libris denariorum currentis monetae sub jure civili,quod vulgo dicitur Pürchrecht, libere perpetuo possidendam, quam pecuniam promptam receepi, obligans me et omnia mea prefatis fratribus Cellae angelicae dictam curiam a quorumcunque impetitione sine eorum detrimento ad dies et annos secundum consuetudinem terrae sub meo dispendio defendendam. In cujus rei testimonium praesentem literam ipsis dedi mei sigilli appensione consignatam testibus subnotatis, videlicet domino Cunrado abbate in Wilhering, fratre Bertholdo quondam abbate in Cella angelica, fratre Tietmaro praedicatore et fratre Vito filio meo, fratre Domenico procuratore dominorum de Zwetl sacerdotum, fratre Cunrado procuratore D. D. in Wilhering, Ulrico nepote decani, Hainrico villico, Sifrido officiali et aliorum plurimorum. Acta sunt haec anno domini M. CCLXXXXIX in die beati confessoris et pontificis Juliani.
