Die Ritterschaft und Bischof Bertold von Freysing (Anhänger Herzog Leopolds) schicken Herman Schad den Städten und bitten seinen Ausführungen zu glauben. Zeugen: Bertold, Bischof von Freising, Johann, Burggraf zu Maidburg, Hans Heidegg, Kammermeister, Nikolaus Seebeck, Sybolt Pbit.
