    propter quod iidem abbas de Cleuninc et decanus in prefatos mili- tem, Wolferum et quosdam alios parrochianos, quia diligentei' ab eis moniti a presumptione huiusmodi desistere contumaciter denegarunt, auctoritate supradicti episcopi excommunicationis sententiam pro- mulgarunt iustitia exigente. Quare ipsi abbas et conuentus nobis humiliter supplicarunt, ut easdem sententias robur firmitatis debitum obtinere ac ipsos presbiteros pro huiusmodi presumptionis excessu puniri pena canonica mandaremus. Quocirca discretioni uestre per apostolica scripta mandamus, quatinus sentencias ipsas sicut ratio- nabiliter sunt prolate, faciatis auctoritate nostra usque ad satisfacti- onem condignam appellatione remota inuiolabiliter obseruari. Super eo uero quod antedicti presbyteri sic ligati dicuntur diuina otficia temere celebrare, quod canonicum fuerit, appellatione postposita decernatis, facientes quod decreueritis per censuram ecclesiasticam firmiter obseruari. Quod si non oranes hiis exequendis potueritis interesse, duo uestrum ea nichilominus exequantur. Datum Perusii, [III. idus Martii, pontificates nostri anno primo.
