Abstract
6. prosinec 1328, Hermannsburg (Hermansburk)
Heřman hrabě z Ebersteinu se souhlasem svého bratra ..., kanovníka hildesheimského (hildessemensi) a mindenského (Myndn.), uzavírá s Jindřichem st., fojtem z Plauen (Plawe), a jeho dědici smlouvu o léna na území Dobeneck (Dobene), která tito drželi od Heřmanových předků Oty, Ludvíka, Konráda, Oty a Heřmana z Ebersteinu: nyní je mají přijmout lénem od českého krále Jana a potom od jeho nástupců, na něž přechází vrchní právo na tato léna.
