    Nos Villermus Drugeth Palatinas, et Iudex

    Cumanorum, memoriae commendamus, quod in

    congregatione nostra generali Vniuersitati Nobi-

    lium de Zathmár, et de Wgoch feria ante fes tu m

    N atiuitatis Sancti Ioannis Baptistae proxima apud

    villam Gelyenus celebrata, Ioannes filius Petri de

    Chahol Monostra de medio vniuersorum Nobi-

    lium consurgendo protulit eo modo : quod possessio

    Chizervocata in Comitatu de Karaznva existens

    sua esset aefuisset haereditaria ab antiquo, et titulo

    iuris hereditary sibi pertineret ; cumque nos Iudi-

    ces Nobilium, iuratos, Assessores, et vniuersos No-

    biles dictorum Comitatuum de Zathmár et Vgacha

    interogassemus eum possessionem Chyzer vocatam

    ipsius Iohannis, filii Petri, esse et fuisse heredita-

    riam vnanimiter etconcordi voce affirmarunt. Datum

    quinto die congregationis nostrae et loco prae-

    notatis. Anno Domini MCCCXLI."
