    Nos Hinricus Dei gracia comes terre Holtzacie et Stormarie. Vniuersis presencia visuris salutem in Domino.j| Presencium testimonio recognoscimus et constare volumus vniuersis, Tydemannum Dunker, || nostrum vasallum fidelem, de nostro beneplácito et consensu vendidisse Marquardo Bom, ciui || Lubicensi, suisque veris heredibus villain suam Swinekenrode dictam cum omnibus fructibus et pro- prietate, prout est in suis distinctionibus comprehensa. Quare nos prefato Mar quardo suisque veris heredibus eandem villain cum omni iure et proprietate con- tulimus pleno iure, sic quod earn cum redditibus et fructibus in ea existentibus, quacumque alienacione decreuerint, transferre possint in personas ecclesiasticas aut seculares, et cum eis in perpetuum faceré, quidquid velint, absque nostra seu nostro- rum heredum inpeticione. Jn cuius rei testimonium presentem litteram nostro sigillo feeimus fideliter roborari. Datum anno Domini MCCCXL nono, feria quinta pró xima ante dominicain Jnuocauit.
