Rvomo dei gratia sancti Galli abbas1 omnibus presentem literam inspecturis || salutem et in domino karitatem. Noverint universi, quos nosse fuerit || oportunum, quod Mathildis filia dicti Peggili bone memorie, qui || nostri monasterii erat censualis, cum pueris suis iam genitis, videlicet C., H. et Adilh. et adhuc generandis nostro attinet monasterio iure proprietatis et plenius in eo iure, quod vocatur cinserreth, quod multorum sumus testimoniis instructi. In cuius rei testimonium predicte Adilhaidia) et pueris suisb) iam genitis et adhuc procreandis presens instrumentum damus nostri sigilli robore consignatum. Zum Datum: Am 24. Sept. 1279 begann die Indiktion 8. - Indiktion 7 ist Schreibfehler, da keine Anhaltspunkte dafür bestehen, dass St. Gallen zur römischen Indiktion (Wechsel am 25. Dez. oder 1. Jan.) übergegangen wäre.
