    [1] Anno domini 1409o 3a die Novembris81 magister Nicolaus de Hebersdorf electus est in decanum facultatis medicine. Qui recepit ab antecedenti decano infrascripta.

    Primo capsam facultatis, in qua continetur sigillum eius cum duobus libris, scilicet actorum et statutorum.

    Item bursa quedam vacua.

    Item clavis quedam arche universitatis.82

    [2] Exposui in causa facultatis contra quondam sceleratum apostatam adversarium facultatis, qui se presumpsit medicum practicum et magistrum magistrorum appellare,

    15 gross., in domo ofiicialis gross. 5, et in domo domini abbatis Scotorum pro processu excommunicationis ipsius gross. 10.83

    [3] Qui quidem Delphinus nomine Iohannes, ut hic dixit, combustus est publice in Miserecz Moravie propter plurima delicta eiusdem ibidem confessa anno 1410 o mense Februarii ipso adhuc existente excommunicato per episcopum Pataviensem iuxta tenorem privilegii facultatis nostre per predictum dominum episcopum etc. nobis concessi.84
