    [31. Oktober 1565] 31. Octobris praedicta mulier supplicavit ad facultatem, ut sibi concederetur in absentia mariti libere suas merces divendere, ut suos liberos tenellos sustentare queat. Sed nihil obtinuit fuitque illi datum sequens responsum:190

    Nachdem der Supplicantin begeren der Löblichen facultet Medicinae Statuten und Privilegien zuvor aufs awer der Rö: khay: Mt. u. Jüngst ergangen Neuen Appotekher ordnung gantz zuwider. Demnach wollen die herren Doctores kheineswegs darein verwilligen, Sunder villmehr der Supplicantin Ier fiernemen hinfierahn mit ernst gentzlich verbotten haben.191
