    [19. Mai 1562] III. Congregatio. 19. Maii habita est congregatio apud m. d. seniorem Doctorem Lazium, (erat enim is et valatudinarius et laboribus caesaris adeo obrutus, ut in nostras aedes commeare non posset) quo in loco convenerant D. Cornax, D. Plancus, D. Spitaler, D. Paulus Weidner, Doctor Ladislaus actor99 et D. Aicholcius reus. In qua congregatione obtulit facultati D. Ladislaus scripto quodam gravamina sua contra Doctorem Aicholcium.

    Verum enimvero, cum inclyta facultas medica hanc inter utrumque doctorum litem dirimere et de novo rem componere laborant, jubens Doctorem Ladislaum paululum recedere. Abiit idem domum, quantumvis per famulum m. d. senioris revocatus esset. Quare ut vel hoc modo ad concordiam compelleretur, ex pluralitate votorum inclytae facultatis jussu ejusmodi decretum a me conscriptum fuit: Inclyta facultas medica conclusit et decrevit, D. D. Ladislaum Stuff propter immaturum suum discessum a facultate ad mensem excludendum. Hoc autem decretum a mag. doino rectore et consistorio venerabili cum excelsi regiminis declaratione propter concordiam et bonum pacis est immutatum. [fol. 30r]
