    [20. Juli 1590] XX. Julii disputavit publice exercitii loco de crisibus et diebus decretoriis Isaac Panizod Genevensis Allobrox artium liberalium baccalaureus medicinae studiosus.

    A meridie ad determinatam horam iterum in aulam nomine facultatis cum decano comparuerunt magnificus dominus senior D. Haustein et D. Cornarius. Delecti erant ex regimine et camera commissarii herr Christof vonn heimb, herr N. von Friedeshaimb et D. Michael Eham J. U. D. qui quaestiones proponebant qualia et quot contra pharmacopaeos praetenderemus gravamina etc.

    Respondit venerandus senior noster cum dignitate: Nobis quidem contra pharmacopaeos aliud nihil esse quam ut secundum statuta sacrae caesareae majestatis facultati praestent debitum juramentum et obedientiam in quantum id ars eorum postulat. Secundo de visitationibus instituendis tertio de taxa aliqua certa et ordinaria instituenda.

    Responderunt domini commissarii negotium illud totum excelso regimini et camerae ad ulteriorum deliberationem relaturos.
