[8. August 1612] Octavo Augusti dum coram inclyta medica facultate sextam celebrante congregationem citatus comparere debuisset Raitterus errorem revocaturus en ad facultatem ab inclyto Viennensi senatu percipiendae feruntur literae quibus (modesto stylo conceptis) conqueri senatus visus est malis Raitteri narratis commotus.

Quod nempe inclyta facultas medica quasdam novitates sub hoc praesenti decanatu servatu difficillimas studeat introducere contra apothecariorum civilium privilegia. Ne extraneis hic in urbe practicantibus medicis suam parandis in

receptis conferant operam. Super quo negotio veraciter atque amice cupere se

    informari.

His inopinatis perlectis intellectisque senatus inclyti literis caesareis adjunctis

adjungendis privilegiis id fieri (quod factum est) demandantibus ostendendum per

declaratorias literas conclusit facultas: sinistre per Raitterum informatum senatum.

Quare iterum ac iterum ut prius omnes apothecariorum officinae quam

commemndatissimae per inclytam facultatem mihi fuere.
