    [4. September 1612] Quarto Septembris octavam ordine universalem me celebrare oportuit congregationem cujus inter cetera celebrandae ratio fuit scilicet inclyti Viennensis senatus super negotio adversus contumaces civiles apothecarios magistros ad inclytam medicam facultatem non validum aut facultate dignum datum responsum quod sic sonuit:

    Denen bürgerlichen Apothekhern mit Zuestelung fuer zu halten. Quasi enim inclyta medica facultas lites adversus se prosequi deberet.

    Eligendi alicujus peritissimi jureconsulti in facultatis medicae saltem ad tempus conducendum advocatum in continuandorum nimirum adversus civiles magistros apotecarios coeptarum rerum gratiam tunc mentio fieri debuit et electio quia juristis quae juristarum sunt medicisque medicinalia permittenda. Quo ad prius unanimiter conclusit inclyta facultas dominum spectabilem indefesso studio frequentibus visitationibus magistrorum civilium apotecariorum officinas perlustrare debere

    rejiciendarum ilicitarum videndarum receptarum studiosissimum de hisque ceu palam repertis referendo inclytae facultati intimare.

    Elias Halphames Haebreus homo falsarius pro obtinenda practicandi in urbe licentia atque extra moenia ad magnificum dominum rectorem et venerabile consistorium supplicando confugit.
