    [20. September 1681] 20. Septembris. Quoniam interea semper gliscebant Crembsii contentiones inter D. Losser et Franciscum Akerman pharmacopoeum neque amice componi voluerint, ideoque ad praesentem citati peremptorie sub poena 12 imper.

    Auditis untrinque partibus ist folgender Verlass ergangen: Ein löbl. Medicinische Facultet wil hiermit dise beyder strits schwebende strittigkheiten ex officio genzlich aufgehebt haben bey straff 100 Reichs Taller, so der Übetretter ipso facto verwirkht haben solle.
