Dietmar, gesessen an der Welcha zu Eberstain und seine Frau Margret und ihre Erben verkaufen der Kirche 'Unser Frau, die in der Feistritz rastet' bei Eberstain ein Gut gelegen in der Grube oberhalb dieser Kirche (öd, Eigen) um 7 Mark Agleier.
