Andre Joseph Saffran, Propst von St. Bartlmä in Friesach, Erzpriester in Unterkärnten etc., verleiht die der Kirche St. Jacob zu Grafendorf gehörige Prandtstadt-Hube mit Zustimmung der Zechleute dem Martin Santner und seiner Frau Maria (Vorbesitzer: Joseph Ostermann) zu Kaufrecht.
