Niclas Koll, Richter der Städte Krems und Stein, weist die Klage des Mert Kopp von Zebing wider Ulreich Pechamb als Besitzer zweier Häuser und eines Weinsgartens in der Ledergassen über den Spruch des Gedings ab.
