Papst Pius IX. bevollmächtigt den Kapitelvikar von St. Pölten auf Bitte von Graf Ferdinand Trauttmansdorff, die Erlaubnis zur Aufbewahrung des Allerheiligsten in der öffentlichen Kapelle in Schloß Fridau, Pfarre Obergrafendorf, zu geben.
