Konrad der Scheurbech und seine Frau verkaufen das Gut in der Stauden an dem Swärzenberge in der Pfarre Scheibbs mit 12 und 6 Schilling Pfenning Gülten, um 9 Pfund Pfenning Wiener Münze, dem Herzog Albrecht für sein Kloster Gaming.
